With over 12 years’ experience in the public relations industry in Ireland, Agency Fourteen’s founder, Katie Jane Allen stepped out on her own in 2023 bringing her unique style, expertise and success-based skillset to the PR and events space in Ireland.

Katie is recognised for her extensive knowledge working within the realms of skincare, beauty, hair, fashion, luxury, and lifestyle-related industries.

Starting off her career in a busy fashion press office, Katie worked with international retail brands, Warehouse, Karen Millen, Oasis and Coast, quickly learning to adapt her approach and tone of voice to each client’s individual needs and personality.

Katie then went on to hone her skills in one of Dublin’s leading consumer agencies, working with a host of renowned international and Irish brands such as Millies.ie, Avène, Judith Leiber, Make-Up Forever, Great Lengths, Klorane, Louis Copeland, Spotlight, The Ivy and some of Dublin’s most iconic shopping destinations.
